This week I am so grateful for the photography talent that the Lord has given me because it is a GREAT tool for service. It allows me to help people when I would otherwise have nothing to give. I am not in the position to give money to those who are struggling financially. Other opportunities for service such as caring for people's children, cooking, offering rides or anything that requires a lot of time, I'm not able to give in those ways. But in almost every situation I am able to give with photography. I am so grateful for that. God truly has blessed me with this talent, and, although it's hard to admit, the fact that I don't have a lot of paying business since moving here, that is actually a blessing in a way because I have had time to do this free photography and time to be a better mother and wife, which is really what I want to be. I have the rest of my life to become a great photographer. But I have a very limited number of years to be a great mother. I remind myself of that often ;)
